EZY Answers:

Q: What tools will I need for the D.I.Y installation ?

A: Depending on the type of installation, you might require a drill and screwdriver to install the EZY LED lights, otherwise double sided tape can be used.

 

Q: How long do the EZYLED lights last ?

A:The EZYLED lights supplied will last up to 100 000 hours of use.

 

Q: What parts are guaranteed ?

A:The controll unit carries a 1 (one) year limited warranty.

 

Q: What do I do if my unit fails??

A:Contact us with your problem and our qualified technicians will be happy to assist you with any problem or query you have.

 

Q: How long does the battery take to recharge?

A:If the battery has been fully drained it will take approximately 7 hours to fully charge.

 

Q: How much electricity does the systems consume?

A: Both EZY units consume approximately 18w for a full charge.

 

Q: Does Ezy Solutions offer a solution for other electrical consuming items e.g. Microwave, TV, Kettle, Fridge, etc.

A: Yes we do, we can cater for any of your alternative energy needs just contact us and speak to one of our consultants who will be more than happy to help you.

 

Q: How do I test if my system is working?

A: To test the unit simply turn on the power switch on your control unit and unplug the transformer connected to your wall socket which charges the battery. All lights should come on (Refer to installation instructions.
